Legal Fees
This page has been created by us, Shin-Yotsuya Law Offices, based on the Daini Tokyo Bar Association’s Fee Standards (hereinafter referred to as “Daini Bar Standards”) established in accordance with the Japan Federation of Bar Associations’ (JFBA) Fee Standards (hereinafter referred to as “JFBA Standards”). It also considers the amendments to the JFBA Standards implemented on May 26, 2001. These standards are formulated within the scope of the current JFBA Standards and Daini Bar Association’s Standards.
We calculate what we consider to be appropriate and reasonable attorney fees based on the specifics of each case. We present these proposed fees to our clients for agreement before finalizing the attorney fees. This page outlines the “standards” we use to determine what we believe are “appropriate and reasonable attorney fees.”
Please note that these are merely “standards,” and the contents of this page should not be applied rigidly. They are provided for reference purposes. Additionally, the contents of this page are subject to change due to the establishment of new systems or changes in economic conditions, so please be aware of this in advance.
