Attorney
Yuko Aoki

Greeting

I registered as an Attorney in April 1994 and worked at a law firm in Tokyo. Afterward, I established my own law office and later joined Shin-Yotsuya Law Offices after five years of service in the Litigation Department of the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau. Currently, I am engaged in litigation-centered legal practice and serve as an Independent Director for a minerals and mining company.

My first workplace was a private law office where I handled a wide range of cases, including general civil cases such as real estate litigation and debt collection, various types of damage claims such as traffic accidents and medical malpractice, family cases such as divorce and inheritance, as well as commercial and intellectual property cases. During my tenure at the Legal Affairs Bureau, I gained invaluable experience handling numerous administrative lawsuits related to immigration, pensions, and workers’ compensation as part of the Litigation Department. Moving forward, I intend to provide comprehensive legal services without specializing in any particular field, continuing to be an all-around player.

Just as disputes come in various forms, their resolutions also take many shapes. I will continue to work diligently to ensure that clients achieve the best and most optimal outcomes, and that they feel satisfied with their decision to hire a lawyer.
