Greeting

 Having had the opportunity to receive my legal training at this office, I have been affiliated with this firm since my registration as an Attorney in 2003. Since 2010, I have served as one of the Partner Attorneys, focusing primarily on litigation and court-related work for companies, organizations, and individuals.

 At our offices, we handle a wide range of practice areas, and the companies we advise come from various industries including manufacturing, real estate, finance, construction, transportation, distribution, educational institutions, and healthcare. When a dispute arises, our strength lies in its flexibility to collaborate and leverage each attorney’s expertise to address the issues.

 Consequently, the cases I have handled are diverse, including real estate disputes, landlord-tenant relationships, labor cases, debt recovery, construction disputes, school-related issues, inheritance matters, divorce, traffic accidents, medical malpractice, and sports arbitration, covering a broad spectrum of civil and family cases.

 Additionally, attorneys at our offices actively engages in Bar Association activities as part of our commitment to social contribution. Each attorney has rich experiences in various fields, fostering deep connections with lawyers from other firms. It is not uncommon for us to consult with or jointly handle cases with lawyers from other firms.

Born: July 1973, Hokkaido
1992: Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi High School
1999: Graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law (LL.B.)
2001: Passed Japan’s Bar examination (56th class)
October 2003: Registered as an Attorney (Daini Tokyo Bar Association), joined Shin-Yotsuya Law Offices
FY 2010: Executive Board Member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association
FY 2019: Chairperson of the Judicial Training Committee of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association
FY 2020: Vice Chairperson of the Judicial Training Committee of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations
