Attorney
Tatsuya Kodaira
Greeting
Since my admission to the bar, I have gained extensive experience at law firms specializing in family law matters, including divorce and claims for damages arising from infidelity, as well as at firms handling a large number of traffic accident cases. In particular, at my previous firm, I handled approximately 200 traffic accident cases per year.
In addition to these firm-based cases, I have handled a wide range of individual matters, including advisory services for corporate clients, responses to corporate scandals, contract review, bankruptcy proceedings for individuals and companies, labor disputes, resignation agency services, asbestos damage relief cases, building eviction matters, inheritance cases, duties as a special agent, and criminal cases. In recent years, I have also focused on providing Legal EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services, offering legal consultation services for corporate employees. In addition to working at Shin-Yotsuya Law Offices, I also serve as a policy secretary to a member of the National Diet of Japan.
Through these various experiences, I have always endeavored to provide careful and thorough explanations and advice to my clients. I have received many words of appreciation from clients saying that just talking to me made them feel relieved.
Please feel free to consult with me at any time.
